WCE was tasked with revitalizing the digital marketing efforts for Cleancult, a household cleaning brand committed to sustainability. At the time, Cleancult’s retargeting campaigns were underperforming, contributing less than 20% of the brand’s total monthly revenue. Recognizing the need for a more effective strategy, our team took charge of the retargeting efforts with the goal of significantly improving their impact.

Impact

The results were transformative. Through a combination of data-driven targeting, creative optimization, and strategic campaign management, we succeeded in boosting the revenue generated by retargeting from under 20% to over 49% of Cleancult’s total CRM revenue. This strategic overhaul led to an extraordinary 167% increase in overall revenue. Additionally, we saw a dramatic improvement in customer engagement, with email open rates doubling from an average of 15% to an impressive 30%. Our efforts not only revitalized Cleancult’s digital marketing performance but also reinforced the brand’s position in the competitive household cleaning market.
